Yes, you can request a return for non-faulty items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
No, for hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used mattresses and mattress toppers cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
You must contact Snoozopia customer support with your order number and return details to receive approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
We do not offer direct exchanges, so you’ll need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
