Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange or confirm a suitable delivery date.

To help make the transition smooth, we offer optional old mattress removal at checkout, allowing you to clear space without the inconvenience of arranging disposal yourself. Our delivery teams can collect your existing mattress at the time your new one arrives, saving you time and effort.

All collected mattresses are handled responsibly, with recycling prioritised wherever possible in line with environmental guidelines. We want you to feel confident when ordering from Snoozopia. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from deliveryto request a return for eligible, non-faulty items, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and health protection reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers and sealed bedding items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty or not as described.
