If you change your mind, you have 14 days from deliveryto request a return for eligible, non-faulty items, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and health protection reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers and sealed bedding items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty or not as described.
