Deliveries are carried out by a trained 2-man team and include room-of-choice delivery, subject to safe and reasonable access being available at the property. Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange or confirm a suitable delivery date.

To make delivery as smooth as possible, customers should ensure clear access to the chosen room and confirm that items will fit through doorways, staircases and lifts prior to ordering. Additional services, including packaging removal and old mattress disposal, may be available at checkout for an additional charge, subject to location and availability. At Snoozopia, we believe upgrading your sleep should be simple from start to finish. To help make the transition smooth, we offer optional old mattress removal at checkout, allowing you to clear space without the inconvenience of arranging disposal yourself. Our delivery teams can collect your existing mattress at the time your new one arrives, saving you time and effort.

All collected mattresses are handled responsibly, with recycling prioritised wherever possible in line with environmental guidelines. This service is designed to reduce waste while giving you peace of mind, so you can focus on enjoying your new Snoozopia mattress knowing your old one has been taken care of properly.

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Snoozopia. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from deliveryto request a return for eligible, non-faulty items, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and health protection reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers and sealed bedding items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty or not as described.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Snoozopia will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.
